Auerbach's Meat Company is currently celebrating over 40 years of business in Colorado. We currently supply the hotel, restaurant, and institution industry (HRI), in addition to producing products on a private label basis for many of our customers. Rather than cutting steaks by hand, we portion cut all of our steaks on an automatic portion control steak cutting machine. This process guarantees that all Auerbach cut steaks have the most consistent portion weights and proper thickness for our customers and yours. Our guarantee is to provide the highest level of personal service to each and every one of our "Partners/Customers" each and every day. In doing so, we strive to have the quickest turn around time from when the order is placed to when the product is delivered, in the industry.

Auerbach's carries a full line of breed specific beef. In addition, we carry the largest selection of kosher protein in the Rocky Mountain area, featuring beef, veal, poultry, and lamb as well as a full line of desserts and appetizers. Auerbach's carries a full line of all natural, no hormones or steroids, Piedmontese beef! (Kosher as well as non-kosher.)
